MANAGING DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Neil is a professional occupational hygienist with over 20 years experience in consultancy at senior, management and director level, as a specialist inspector with the Health & Safety Executive and as an occupational hygiene leader with a global conglomerate. He is a Licentiate Member of the British Occupational Hygiene Society’s (BOHS) Faculty of Occupational Hygiene and a Member of the BOHS Faculty of Asbestos Assessment and Management. He has also served as a Board Member with the BOHS Faculty of Occupational Hygiene.
Neil is MEC’s Co-Founder, Managing Director and Principal Consultant and has a broad range of experience in:

Global, EU & UK health and safety legislation, regulatory inspection, investigation and enforcement;

Expert witness for civil litigation cases, providing the courts with independent and authoritative evidence on asbestos related diseases and other occupational diseases;

Recognising, evaluating, controlling and managing chemical, physical and biological agents in the workplace;

Writing and implementing global, regional and national policies, programmes, technical standards and guidance;

Training employees to global, regional and national standards; and

Working with integrity at the highest level.
